Our Vision
At the Military Discount Society, we believe that in a time when division often overshadows unity, it’s essential to honor what binds us as a nation—the sacrifices made by the brave men and women who have served in our military. Their courage and dedication reflect the best of American values, and recognizing their contributions is not just a gesture but a shared responsibility.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to foster greater recognition for those who have served and to make it easier for businesses and communities to demonstrate their support. Through our universal logo, military-friendly businesses can proudly show their commitment to veterans and active-duty personnel, sending a powerful message that service and sacrifice are never forgotten.
We also equip businesses with training to ensure staff engage courteously and respectfully with service members, creating a welcoming environment for military patrons. These everyday interactions may be critical, as our veteran heroes sometimes feel isolated and disconnected from society.
(The VA reports that an average of 22 veterans lose their lives to suicide each day.)
Ultimately, supporting our military is much more than good business—it’s a way to build stronger, more unified communities. Together, we can create a nation that truly lives up to its promise of honoring those who defend it.

A military-friendly business is one that proudly offers a military discount to honor the service and sacrifice of our military heroes. Additionally, staff in these businesses are trained to engage respectfully and courteously with service members, understanding the significance of their service and addressing them with genuine appreciation. This respectful and informed approach demonstrates a deeper commitment to the military community and celebrates those brave individuals who have served our country.

We welcome community volunteers, past or present servicemembers, and business partners that are interested in supporting the mission of Military Discount Society. You are also welcome to offer a financial contribution to support the expansion of our mission. We operate as a 501c3 organization and your donation to Military Discount Society is tax deductible.
When you donate to the Military Discount Society (MDS), every dollar you contribute directly benefits the military community and helps strengthen its connection with the general public. Each MDS vinyl decal placed on the door or window of a participating business serves as a daily reminder of appreciation and can positively impact one or more service members. These efforts help save our military heroes money and show them how much communities value their service and sacrifice.
Funds are also allocated for community awareness initiatives and special recognition ceremonies to honor our military heroes.
Military Discount Society was founded in 2024 and has been providing services to communities ever since. We are Veteran owned and operated.
